Why Zambia crime rate increasing? 10 facts

Zambia crime rate is really increasing due to so many reasons. I will explain all of them here just like you have observed in recent days. Zambia crime rate never used to be high but due to economic challenges and with the booming of mobile money people are more prone to face crimes.

What are the 10 facts  about Zambia crime rate?

1. Criminals are more in cities due to poor economy and corruption in the country. Some of you won't believe me but the truth is if people are in business or in good employment will they think of stealing? If the economy is doing better will businesses fall? Look let the truth be told. Good economy will boost business profit hence preventing illigal activities which among them is crime.

2. Laziness. People in Zambia are lazy. They wake up in the morning which is ok, but to drink alcohol. You agree with me this is true even women in ambia came first on beer drinking in the world. What a shame.

3. The common crimes are theft in different ways. Direct acquisition of property, scams and buying stolen items.

4. Lusaka has the highest scam rates in Zambia. The reason is that scams are a white colour tricks that needs planing so only smart people with education performs it. See types of scams.

5. Among the swindled people a large number is from those using Mobile money. It's like Mobile money scam is easy and people lose alot of money simply because they find it  simple to send money through mobile money transfer.
6. Urbanisation. Everyone what's to be in town. That is the reason we have over population in cities is Zambia especially Lusaka. Crime rate and over population are close related. No company will manage to employ everyone hence people start commiting crimes for a living. Prostitution as well is a way some people find a living on.

7. Magic money scam is among the reading types of scams in Zambia. When no logic applies people starts believing in things they don't understand. A scammer will claim to multiply money when they no nothing about it just to swindle people.

8.Most people do mot report scams to police due to a feel of embarrassment.
Especially the love scam whereby a man sends money to a woman so that she goes to see him for slelx, minutes later she stop responding to his calls.

9. Even big people in offices are among the criminal but not being booked for it.  Wether government or private offices have officials who scam individuals. For example those looking for employment are being told to pay some certain amount of money. But at the end it all turn as a scam. No job offered. Job Scam

10.Scammers are the most heartless people in the society. Scammers can do whatever it takes to get your hard earned money. They don't care about you telling them how difficult your life is. They even want to take advantage of your poverty in the name of helping you achieve financial success. I think such people needs to be imprisoned more years. They are contributing to Zambia crime rate to increase.

Scammer got a loan using my bank details

Here is a story about scams in Zambia. It happened in September 2018
Scammer claimed to have connections with people who can make my father's pension be paid faster. It was an irritating story how I have been traveling to Lusaka for my father's package after he died. But through Facebook a Scammer inboxed me that he could help me through his uncle who worked from the pensions offices. He calmed to me that i would have the money paid instantly. It all turned to be a loan scam.

After asking for my details including the bank details he managed to get a loan from the worst financial institution called getBuks in Lusaka. The getBuks financial services are the dumbest in everything they do. Not competent and easy to scam. They are agents of Scammers.
He got ZMW15k too bad.
